34 today!
I love you and am so proud of the man you are. You work so hard for our little family and play just as hard. You are an amazing father and husband, my love continues to grow for you as time goes by and we get....older, yikes!
Grandpa and Grandma Grumpy flew down for the weekend so we had Dave's party a few days early. We had a nice lazy weekend, not too much running around, it was really nice.
In fact the most active thing we did all weekend was to take a walk around the lake. It probably took us almost 2 hours since Kaitlyn walked, skipped and waddled like a penguin half way.

We also took a few little breaks to feed geese and ducks and swing on a tire and slide down a few slides in a little playground.
Thank you Grumpy's for coming down, we miss seeing you regularly so your visits are so nice. Thank you for the birthday gifts....and thank you Auntie Kathy for the gifts for the kids, we are so spoiled!!!
Playing in the yard before they left. Kaitlyn was a little wary and shy at first but after a few hours with G and G she was dragging her new buddy Grandma around with her to play. Ethan was happy right from the get go, funny how they are so different.

BTW, I've been thinking about getting one of those running strollers so I can go rollerblading and take Evette with me. Do they work pretty well?
