I finally figured out the whole video thing. What a pain! The uploading took forever, seriously like a whole day, there has got to be a better way, if any of you know a better way let me know!!!

Oh bummer! I was so excited for a video but we use integrity.com and youtube is blocked.
You can upload 5 minute videos for free onto photobucket.com and then use the url code to put them directly into your post. It's more private, as at youtube, they are more public and it is a high traffic site.
