Salt mines next to the highway on the way to Calgary. I really wasn't looking forward to this trip. Don't get me wrong, I was stoked to see family, it's just the drive with the kids at ages that make it feel longer than it really is. We were fortunate though, this was one of the best trips with them so far. They were happy and content the whole way.
