It is finally getting nice out and starting to thaw. Today we went for a big walk to the mall for lunch and then through Wascana park. I am so glad that we are only one house away from the park, I plan to take the kids there almost every day. (There is a totem-pole in this picture, it kinda blends into the trees)
Kaitlyn and Ethan missed most of the scenery, but soaked up the warm sun.
Yesterday Holly came with us on our walk. It was the first day of above zero weather so we had to take advantage of it.
When we got home today the kids were still sleeping and I was bored so I attempted my take on a snow man, holding a cold beverage.
He looked a little cool so I dressed him up. When Kaitlyn woke up I introduced her to Mr. Freezee, but she was afraid of him. Maybe I should have attempted something cuter.

Wow, I didn't know you were so close to Wascana park. That is so cool. we all have so many memories in that park.
It was surprising to see my sister on your blog!
Ok, now I feel bad that I was whining about the cold and snow. I hope you thaw soon!
